My name is Michael Buzatu, and I am the founder of this company. I have 10+ years of experience in the flooring industry, from running other businesses and installing around 60 000 sq ft of floor coatings/finishes per month. I worked as a business general manager, operations manager, and installer for a larger corporation.
Creating this business my goal was to create a company in which we can deliver high end and high quality floors while looking out for each customers interests. Simultaneously we look out for employees by paying them fairly, and treating them fairly and with respect. The greatest issue observed in other companies was the rapid company growth and decline in employee satisfaction. We would like to focus on employee satisfaction in order to deliver our customers a quality product.
